Tourism Quality Standards
The Service Quality Standards are the documents by which requirements are established for the different services offered by public or private entities and which are an obligatory requirement for certification set by the Framework for Quality in Spanish Tourism.
Standards developed
So far, the following Quality Standards have been developed in the 23 tourist sub-sectors which initially make up the ICTE:
