Muralla del Marrubial
|
Behind the parish of Nuestra Señora de Gracia (Our Lady of Grace), along the street named Ronda del Marrubial, runs a stretch of the Arabic walls dating from the time of the Almoravid occupation between the 11th and 12th centuries. It is about 400 metres long and used to form part of the city walls which surrounded the Axerquia, which was the eastern part of the historic centre of Cordoba.
