Casa Pepe Sanchís
The speciality of restaurant Casa Pepe Sanchis is rice dishes, which are a feature of the traditional Cordoba, Valencia and Mediterranean cuisines.
Pepe Sanchis, the head chef, has extensive experience and is internationally recognized. In the Sueca de Valencia International Rice-making Competition in 2012, his paella was classified as Third Best Paella in the World and in 2008, it was awarded first prize for the Best Paella in Spain.
