Bajo de Guía
It all started back in the year 2001, when we first came up with the idea of the type of restaurant now known as Bajo de Guia. After years of non-stop work, it has grown into a company employing over 14 workers and has gained an unrivalled reputation among restaurant-goers all over Cordoba, even those from outside our province.
The restaurant’s speciality is seafood and fresh fish, featuring dishes such as prawns from Huelva, sautéd clams, sea bass or gilt-head bream cooked in salt or baked in the oven or marinera-style clams. There is also a wide range of innovative home-made recipes, all included in our varied menu.
