Asador El Choto

The head chef, Mr José Roldán Gallardo - a Cordovan by birth - is welltrained in Andalusian cuisine. With his extensive experience, he is considered to be one of the best experts on how to prepare oven and grill roasted meat.
The gastronomy at the Asador El Choto restaurant revolves around young goat meat on the grill, ovenroasted and cooked with garlic to fill the senses with colour and flavour. You can also enjoy young lamb, Segovian-style roasted suckling pig, wood-fired oven roasted suckling leg or shoulder of lamb and Pedroches ox meat. It also features an extensive rice menu. Their wine list is a wide selection of the best wines from Montilla-Moriles, Jerez, La Rioja, El Penedés, La Mancha, Ribera del Duero, Valladolid, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Sotomonte.
