Fitflamc Fitness & Flamenco
Fitflamc is a new style of keeping fit, invented by researching and adapting the combination of fitness exercises and flamenco dancing: the movements made when doing exercise and keeping fit are harmonized with the steps and movements of authentic Flamenco dance. This way, two objectives are achieved: keeping fit through aerobic physical exercise and learning Flamenco dance, one of the most admired dance styles in the world. The method and techniques are taught under the strict supervision of professional physical education teachers.
