The Cordoba Guitar Festival, a cultural event with a monographic character and various musical and artistic manifestations around this instrument, considered one of the most important guitar festivals in the world, celebrates its 43rd edition from the 3rd to 13th of July.
This new edition of the Guitar Festival will revolve around the 150th anniversary of the birth of Romero de Torres, and the anniversaries of the World Heritage Declarations of the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba and the historic centre of the city. As every year, there will be a wide range of training and dissemination activities, specialised concerts, guitar courses, meetings for young guitarists and study days on the history of the guitar. In addition to the concert programming that presents a variety of national and international artists representing different musical styles.
