Jardines de la Victoria
These gardens form part of the Paseo de la Victoria, a wide avenue which took its name from the convent which stood there until the 19th century. It was the site where the feria de Nuestra Señora de la Salud (the town fair) used to take place, which was held at the end of May and was later moved to the fairground in the Arenal. The gardens were planted with new trees, and the northern part is dedicated to the Duke of Rivas, the Cordoban writer and politician.
